RETURN SHIPPING  

If a customer wishes to return a product, they will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Customer will be responsible for any shipping damage that may be caused as a result of the item not being well packed.

NO REFUND, EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT – VALID ONLY WITHIN 7 DAYS OF PURCHASE.

All items must be returned in the original selling condition (merchandise should be unworn and unwashed with no damages) otherwise will be refused.

Underwear, swimwear (excluding bikini tops), hosiery, cosmetics, and accessories are final sale.

We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear and the smell of fragrance.

We offer an exchange or a store credit within 7 days after customer receive item using the original form of payment. After 7 days, refunds will be issued as a merchandise credit at the current selling price.

When returning an item it’s very important we know who you are. Please indicate your name or your order number in the package before retuning it.

Note: All Sale items are final sale and returns are not accepted.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT FEES

Items are shipped from Jamaica. If you are ordering from outside of the United States, your order MAY be subject to customs and import duties. TLC PIECES AND MORE has no control over these charges and we can’t tell you if there will be a charge or what the cost would be.
Any additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the customer. TLC PIECES AND MORE does not reimburse international duties and/or taxes.
When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
Customers are advised to contact their local custom office for more information regarding international duties and taxes.

LIABILITY

TLC PIECES AND MORE is not liable for any shipping delays, losses or goods damaged in the course of shipping. We strongly value quality control and have made all possible efforts to ensure that the goods sent are in perfect condition.
